Currently serving as an Associate Principal in the Industry Advisory practice at LTIMindtree I focus on providing value to the automobile manufacturing and retail sectors. My role encompasses developing and executing growth strategies identifying new market opportunities and enhancing profitability through strategic initiatives. In my previous role at Hero MotoCorp I co-founded an internally incubated startup Freedo which developed shared mobility solutions for B2B and B2C customers. I played a pivotal role in defining product vision roadmap and go-to-market strategies building this business from zero to one. With a robust background in product management and digital transformation I have successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions significantly enhancing digital experiences and operational efficiency. My journey also includes substantial achievements in business excellence at Hero MotoCorp where I led strategic initiatives impacting productivity quality cost delivery morale and safety (PQCDMS) for a high-volume production plant. My contributions in digital transformation and project management have consistently driven process improvements and cost reductions. I hold an MBA in General Management from XLRI Jamshedpur where I was recognized on the Dean's Merit list for academic excellence. Additionally I am a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) and have completed KPMG Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
