A seasoned leader with 15 years of experience in the roles of management, operations, and product development. I believe that execution matters more than having a big innovative idea; I lead teams in executing complex ideas by formulating strategic plans with actionable solutions. I'm currently scaling operations at a SaaS and Fintech enabled Marketplace for global loyalty programs - building and executing its business strategy, designing global financial and operational processes, and establishing KPIs. I have led various multi-cultural teams working as a consultant and a manager across offices in Mumbai, London, and New York in the FinTech industry for a leading global bank. Later, I co-founded a successful startup in Barcelona with a product based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the fashion industry where I gained first-hand experience in entrepreneurship, financial planning, fundraising, business development, and go-to-market strategies.
