About Manish Kothari

As a Partner at PwC, I help insurance carriers unlock growth, efficiency, and resilience by aligning business strategy with technology-enabled transformation. I believe insurance is, at its core, a function of human behavior—and by understanding that, we can design innovative solutions that deliver real value to customers and stakeholders. With over 22 years of global experience in Property & Casualty insurance, I bring deep expertise across the insurance value chain—agency management, underwriting, claims, operations, accounting, and finance. I have led 15+ successful end-to-end transformations, leveraging leading platforms such as Guidewire, Majesco, Fiserv, and DXC to drive measurable outcomes. Clients trust me to solve complex business and technical challenges that are often labeled “unsolvable.” My approach combines strategy through execution—helping organizations modernize legacy environments, accelerate digital adoption, and achieve sustainable impact. I hold professional designations including Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India (FII), and Chartered Accountant (ACA).
