My heart was into Technology Projects from Childhood.( From making the Hot Shot Camera as a kid to taking up Risky Abrasive Jet Machine as Project in Engineering with friends) Starting with Voltas-TATA Company forged Values, that remained with me forever as an asset. Exposure to the Field Execution brought out the Best of my Team Work, Adaptability, Commitment and Leadership. Moving across India for Projects through Food,Pharma, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Defense, Marine, with Family was Tough One. However Exposure to Multiple Technologies, Personas, Cultures has helped to Create Sound Business and Context Understanding.In 2005,I had been selected for Fast Track Leadership and Management Development Program Conducted by TATA Management Training Center.Then On, I was moved to New Markets, Geographies(GCC) and Multiple Businesses with focus on Business Development, Strategy and P&L Operation. Opportunity to Create the Strategic Business Plan for New Business Cluster and presenting it to the Board was immense Boost for me to move to the Next Orbit.In 2010 I was Entrusted to Head the P&L with Focus on Operation, Business Development, Key Accounts and Strategy. By 2013, Created the New Revenue Stream Generation of INR 150 CR (25 mUSD) Working on Various Businesses and Clients, gave me an Insight of Pressing Need of making them Productive with out which their existence would Cease, Eventually. This realization has further garnered into Starting off Trust Corporation in 2014 with Productivity at the Center. Technology is Fuel to Productivity. Identify, Streamline, Optimize and Automate to deliver Reliability, Throughput and Cost of Operation Matrix was at Core till 2019.COVID 19 has made the Digital Evolution, Real. We developed Digital Tech based Productivity Solutions as measure for Plants and Business Continuity.Outcome of Journey from 2014 to 2019 was Customer Intimacy. Serum Institute entrusted us with Series of Vaccine Projects alongside Digital Productivity Projects from Customers in Oil & Gas, Pharma, Chemical, CPG. Recently participated on devising the Digital Twin Strategy for the Large Gas Compression Business and Asset Productivity, Utilization Solutions for major Oil & Gas PSU.Looking ahead to Drive the Digital Solutions to Offer Transformational Productivity to Customers, Globally.
