About Manish Kumar Sah

With over 15 years of experience in data privacy, quality control, compliance, audit, and lean methodology, I am a senior manager at EXL, a leading provider of business process solutions. I lead multiple enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and develop quality assurance plans by conducting customer complaints analyses, identifying root causes, critical control points, corrective and preventive measures, and establishing monitoring and verification procedures. I am passionate about building strategy, process excellence, and quality design, and I leverage my proficiency in implementing latest quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, FMEA, DMAIC methodology, QMS, 5S, VSM, and MSA. I also act as a data privacy SME for marketing and social media outreach, and lead the CX program for EXL to create a strategy to improve customer satisfaction. I have successfully led several projects on growth, productivity, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction initiatives using lean and six sigma methodologies. My goal is to enable and empower my organization and clients to achieve operational excellence and customer delight.
