About Manish Pandey

I have done B.Com( H) from Delhi University. Thereafter I did work for Mercer where I was part of R2R process and was taking care of intercompany reconciliation,Journal posting,settlement clearing and open items reports preparation. I spent 3 years and 6 months in Mercer then I left the organization in Jun 2019. Thereafter I have been associated with Genpact and part of Intercompany team.My role is to prepare intercompany reconciliation and upload on blackline, AGIS invoice processing, Journal posting, team member work review, SOP update and taking client calls.Working knowledge on Oracle.I spent 2 years 3 months in Genpact. Then I joined the Global logic,where I am responsible for set up the vendor master file and auditing the documents received from TAG team for supplier set up in ERP. Create the purchase order (PO) in ERP, Review the open PO, clearing the accounts and resolve issue in timely manner.T&E processing, maintain tracker and follow up on open tickets (Coupa Software)Handle calls, query and prepare the exception list for team. Processing and reviewing of invoices through AGIS into Oracle.Preparation of Intercompany reconciliation and upload on FloQast (Reconciliation software).Preparation of open items report and communicate to the supervisor. Record monthly journal entries and Ad hoc journal.
