About Manish Sahi

With a rich background spanning over two decades in the maintenance and reliability field, I am currently a Senior Engineer Projects at Suncor, Canada's leading integrated energy company. In this role, I adeptly lead and coordinate the execution of various maintenance activities, RIK projects, and installations for E/I assets within the Utilities & Extraction Business Units. My commitment is centered on delivering top-notch projects that elevate the reliability, efficiency, and safety standards of Suncor's operations. My skill set encompasses diverse competencies such as project planning, maintenance management, supervisory expertise, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, supply chain management, and PLC programming. Holding a P.Eng. license from APEGA, an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute, and a PMP certification from PMI, I bring a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices. Proficient in SAP, MS Office, Primavera, PdMain, and Maximo, I leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency. In my pursuit of continuous learning and development, I have successfully completed the Connect Leadership program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
