About Manish Sen

I have 2 years of experience in marketing and sales. Sales means my passion, or you could call it a hobby. During the 2nd year of graduation, I joined BSNL in 2017 as a WiMax seller to rural areas, where our work was to convince the customers to buy BSNL's product. I left this job after my graduation. Then, in 2018 last I came to Noida and joined easypolicy.com as an investment insurance expert. We called the interested customer to purchase the policy from our website. I worked over there for 4 months. After that, I got selected in BPO as a Jr tech eng. in the Samsung Mobiles process. Our work is to deal with the aggressive and angry customers whose queries have not been solved yet. But yeah, that was a very typical job we need to convince the customers on phone calls. In October 2019, due to some personal issues, I had to quit the job, and my total experience at Samsung was only 7 months. After a lot of interviews, I got hired in an MNC in Gurgaon as a talent acquisition in Google's YouTube process. This job is totally different from my experience, and there is no contact with customers. Here, our work is only to filter the violated, restricted, underage, and like kinds of videos on YouTube. In simple words, our work is only watching videos and filtering them. And now this is going on a very good path, but I'm looking back to track where my past experiences are helps me. Thank-you
