Offering 8+ years of building and experimenting in ORAN Telecommunications, Database Management, Security, Smallcell and Femtocell domain. I am working as ORAN Engineer in Telecommunication project with Altiostar Networks Inc and currently serving to Rakuten Mobile, Japan under smallcell department. Equipped with Telecom skills in Network Management Systems, maintaining SLA and KPI`s, Customer and partner management, Incident management, Software release & documentations, dashboards, Acceptance testing & resource hiring. Expertise in Wireless telecommunication protocol (GMM, RRC, RANAP, HNBAP, S1AP etc.), communication protocol (TCP, HTTP, FTP, SFTP, SCTP etc.) and call flow for various technologies (GPRS/UMTS/ LTE). Experience of testing E2E network services (e.g. Voice, Data, SMS, MMS, Handover scenarios), with good knowledge of Core/IN network elements. Knowledge of Linux/Unix environment as worked on HP/SUN servers. Also, good knowledge of tools like: TEMS, Wireshark, Cisco Tracer Tool, Trace-H dual mode packet tracer tool etc. Experience of creating test environment and data required to enable testing. Good experience of preparing test strategy, test scenarios and supporting documentation along with execution of test plans/scenarios as per the test plan including the preparation of daily status report for the test execution. Experience of Defect management (troubleshoot issues, create defects with proper description and logs, follow up with vendors on defects, rationalise the defects and validate the fix). This also includes analysis of root cause of issues highlighted during testing to identify problem areas, reduce errors and to suggest further improvements in the development process. Good experience in bash scripting and automation as per requirement.
