About Manish Vaniya

I was started my first job in Elivators company which is govt.approved. In that company my role was as a teqnichian, I do electricle work, erection work,maintainance, customer service Thank i taken a my uncle bussiness for one year. because of the family reasone i move to new job. Then I get chance to work with my passion sports In Decathlon Sports Motera. So its been 2.5 years in the company. I started as part-timer in workshop, I perfomed well in my role so My workshop is best at the country level in terms of well organized, in terms of saftey, in terms of quality which we given yo user, in terms of good service to customer After the three month they reqruit me as Full timer as sales manager, Then started Working in Cycling Department As a Sport leader, In my Role right now I am leading one sports which is (Roadbike). I am managed a sport with the team, and i build the community for my sports, i have good relation ship with the customer also I worked on Quantity boost project on store level with zone team. I was awarded to MOST SPIRITED TEAM PLAYER. Right Now i am taking care of Cycling Department, Workshop, and customer services.
