Developed High Speed Dynamic Seal test rig @EIIC Pune which empowered the Eaton to test seal sizes of 1-3 inches till RPM under various flight operating scenarios for the seals used in gearboxes & APUs of aircraft. Developed Large diameter Seal Test Rig for Eaton USA which can test seal sizes from 6 inch till 24 inch under various flight operating scenarios, which positioned Eaton as a key suppliers of dynamic seal for large diameter main-shafts. Pursuing DFSS Black Belt from Eaton Quality Institute and till now mentored 40+ employees for their successful GB certification. Developed 5+ V&V models for the CTQs related to supercharger, static & Dynamic Seals & Pressure switches by developing FE methodologies verified with test results. Eaton University level trainer on Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Hypothesis Testing, Basic & Advanced Fatigue Methods.
