Manisha Bathija is an accomplished real estate investment executive with a focus on healthcare real estate. She has completed over $60B of investments and asset sales and $15B of capital markets transactions. She has executed transactions ranging from to multi-billion dollar deals throughout all segments of healthcare real estate, including seniors housing, skilled nursing, long-term care, hospitals and medical office. Manisha served as Senior Investment Officer at Ventas, Inc.(NYSE: VTR) from 2011 to 2020. She was responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior housing owners and operators and sourcing, evaluating and executing on senior housing investments. She was a key member of the senior leadership team. She also built an asset sales platform for Ventas and executed over $2Bn of asset sales across all segments of healthcare real estate, including seniors housing, skilled nursing, hospitals and medical office buildings. Prior to Ventas, Manisha was a Director in Healthcare Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she covered healthcare REITs and senior housing and skilled nursing operating companies. Manisha holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and received a BS in Accounting and a BA in Chemistry from Virginia Tech. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
