About Manisha Dikshit

I am passionate about turning deep human insight into meaningful organisation change. I've spent the last few years designing a program that sparks curiosity about the customer within business units and drives business and customer outcomes. It is exciting to build systems and find creative ways to transform organisations and their culture. Over the years I worked across three continents and diverse cultural landscapes, partnering global and Singaporean brands to uncover human truths that serve as springboard for innovation. Some of the highlights of my career include: Launching the first-ever products designed in Asia for Asians for a leading European brand. Discovering a ‘lost generation’ of ambitious youth with big dreams but lacking the skills to achieve them. Developing models that have redefined new product development. These experiences have equipped me with a unique cultural lens and the ability to identify opportunities that solve real-world challenges. I also teach at local universities and enjoy sharing what I’ve learned with students who want to make a difference in the world.
