About Manisha Joshi
I have worked in NABARD under the MOFPI (Ministry of Food Processing Industries) project named "Post Harvest Losses of Agricultural Produce" as a Zonal coordinator while working on two another projects called "Impact evaluation of Farmer Producers Organization" and "Impact evaluation of Women's Self Help Groups" as junior consultant. I am currently working as Teaching Associate in department of Bioengineering and Food Technology while pursuing Ph.D. in Food technology as well. My research work is typically focused on the reduction of post harvest loss by developing biodegradable packaging materials from the food waste which will further fortified with the nanoantimicrobial agents for fruits and vegetables which are more prone to microbial spoilage. I am looking forward to collaborate by writing articles/ review paper so as to contribute in the acknowledgement of the food security.
