Manisha is GPHR® and SHRM-SCP certified and MBA qualified HR professional with senior leadership experience in HR in Dubai. She has prior experience in Shipping, Logistics, Banking, Financial Services and Oil & Gas industry where she managed end to end HR function. Her expertise is in the areas of HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, performance appraisal & management, HR System implementation (SAP, Oracle and Ramco systems), employee communication and exit management. She has lead the strategic HR and operational HR interventions across industries and geographies.
