As a Compliance Manager at Amazon Development Centre (India) Private Limited, I oversee the compliance processes and standards for various products and services offered by Amazon in India. I have more than five years of experience in the e-commerce industry, including 3 years experience in people management and was managing a team of 20+associates, additionally working with different teams and stakeholders to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. I have a B.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from National Institute of Science and Technology, Berhampur (BPUT). I also have a Java certification from Lara Technologies Pvt Ltd, and an Infosys Campus Connect certification from Infosys. I am skilled in operations management, people management, process improvement, project management, Metrics Development and Reporting, attention to detail, and key metrics analysis, and I have successfully initiated,led and supported multiple projects and initiatives to enhance the compliance performance and customer satisfaction of Amazon. I am passionate about learning new technologies and best practices, and I strive to deliver excellence and innovation in the compliance field.
