About Manisha Pathania

Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. I possess more than 12 years of experience in SAP RAR/FICO, including S4 HANA, with a track record of successfully completing four implementation projects, using SAP Activate Methodology. My responsibilities have included facilitating the implementation, configuration, customization, functional testing, and support of SAP ERP Simple-Finance S4 Hanna and SAP RAR and Finance, as per the proposed functional solution. I have been involved in end-to-end phases of the project from the Explore Phase to Go LIVE. In addition, I have conducted SAP FIT-GAP workshops using the Model Company to gather business requirements, developed business requirement analysis/user requirement specifications, and established direct interaction with clients to present different solutions to improve the current design and meet end-user needs. I have also prepared BMPL, BPDs, FS, and worked on the design, configuration, and different phases of testing. During the Realization phase, I have used scrum methodology to develop the solution, performed unit and integration testing, and involved users to obtain regular feedback. Lastly, I have managed a team of 8+ SAP S/4 HANA Consultants while working with an onshore-offshore team model.
