About Manisha Pradhan

I’m an enthusiastic and curious person. I love to take challenges and work hard to achieve it. I come as a strong, independent and positive person who is determined to make difference in the world. I have love for art and architecture. Since University days I have been leading groups for my group works and then I discovered that I’m good in management so, I landed up doing masters in project management as it is something I have been doing in my bachelor of architecture. I have good leadership quality, I’m calm and patient which works best to work in a team and I love agile working ambiance so I’m always open to feedbacks, constructive criticism and discussions. As I see these as the opportunity to grow and identify the mistakes. I always put my 100% to anything I do which is one of the reason why I could be a good match to any company that is looking to grow and recruit new energy in the office.
