About Manisha Rajendran

Manisha is a post-production supervisor and specialist, working across South Asia and based in Mumbai. Her work experience ranges from documentary, scripted and unscripted, live sport and reality television. Over the past decade Manisha has worked the spectrum of pre to post production, working on varied formats and concepts with MTV, VH1, NBA India, Star Sports, Sony TV, NDTV Good Times and TLC to name a few. In the past 5 years, she worked her way up from a post supervisor at VICE’s India operations, to leading their post department across various LOBs in APAC. At VICE, Manisha went from setting up workflow, processes and teams, including client communication and identifying and nurturing the right talent - be it editors, supervisors, colorists, music composers and more. During her tenure at VICE, Manisha worked on their daily output, packages for VICE World News and VNT, short and long form pieces across Asia, and OTT shows such as Prime Video’s Rainbow Rishta. Adept at setting up teams, Manisha displays strong leadership and management skills besides being technically proficient. This approach helps managing timelines, workflows and team morale, while also providing creative and solution first inputs across departments.
