Since childhood, I’ve felt there’s a strange yet beautiful harmony between people and the Earth—two complex systems speaking in patterns, waiting to be understood. At 18, I began my journey in computer engineering, and it felt like stepping into a new world. I learned to communicate with machines in Java, Python, C, and SQL. I felt as if I could finally understand Alan Turing on a deeper level. At 23, I landed my first job as a MySQL software developer. I could make machines talk—but the Earth was silent. It felt tired. On weekends, I volunteered for company-sponsored social work in nearby villages, and that’s when I truly saw the contrast: a planet so full of beauty, but struggling under the weight of human impact. Something stirred in me. I couldn’t stay on the sidelines. It took me over internal conversations to gather the courage to pivot. But I listened to that quiet, persistent voice and stepped into the world of environmental engineering. Since then, I’ve worked at the intersection of sustainability and technology, helping companies make meaningful changes with data-driven decisions. As I transitioned, I began to understand something powerful: sustainability is not just about systems—it's also about people. True impact happens when we communicate clearly, listen with intention, and support customers and stakeholders on their journey toward positive change. Customer success in sustainability is built on empathy, transparency, and shared goals—and with each interaction, I saw how effective communication could align purpose with action. Today, I serve as an Operational Lead on the TERRE Project, where I oversee stakeholder management, customer success, and relationship strategy. I ensure that every communication—whether with internal teams, partners, or external clients—builds trust and delivers clarity. My role involves public relations, customer satisfaction, and aligning technical solutions with real-world sustainability goals. With three years of experience in the software and sustainability sectors, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and people-focused strategy. I’ve become fluent not just in machine languages, but in the language of impact—data, empathy, and action.
