My journey has been defined by a commitment to enhancing opportunities for youth and persons with disabilities, ensuring that every individual has the tools to succeed.As a seasoned professional, I have spearheaded numerous initiatives across Karnataka and beyond, leading large-scale projects that align with both public and private sector goals. My expertise in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement has enabled me to deliver impactful results, from improving educational access in rural areas to fostering workforce inclusion for underserved communities.Currently, I serve as a Deputy Manager at Youth4Jobs Foundation, where I lead strategic initiatives that bridge the gap between education and employment for persons with disabilities. Previously, as an Expansion Manager at 40K Plus Education Pvt. Ltd, I worked alongside Australian university students to establish English learning centers in rural villages, leveraging technology to create accessible and engaging educational environments.Throughout my career, I have been inspired by the resilience and potential of the communities I serve.
