About Manjiri Bhatye

I am project Manager handling large scale projects in ERP HCM domain in agile, waterfall and hybrid models. I have experience of implementation of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM system and onboarding of different SaaS applications. I have worked on HCM digital transformation program to onboard Oracle HCM cloud system. I have worked as owner of SOX applications and have experience of adhering to SOX and other internal/external audit and compliance requirements. I manage cross cultural teams across different regions, including onsite-offshore delivery model. I have successfully managed large teams with 50+ resources including governance of their on-boarding, off-boarding and compliance, project allocations and manage any resource issues/risks. I manage IT vendor engagements. I perform role of ERP Principal Consultant with expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM domain including Core HR, Global Payroll, NA Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence. I have expertise in PeopleSoft technical areas including Peopletools upgrade, fluid technology, APIs, messaging, workflows, file based interfaces and reporting tools. I perform role of development lead for PeopleSoft team assuring process governance for good quality deliverables and implementation of DevOps methodologies for efficient deliveries. I have also participated in IT diversity hiring initiative.
