A Qualified Architect with over 17 years of extensive experience in handling Architectural and Interior Designing projects for prestigious clients. I started my profession as a designer worked with well renowned design organizations then diversified my profession to project management and worked extensively as Client representative with the firm that was awarded best place to work in a row for 5 years. Recently worked with leading Developer firm as a Deputy manager, which specializes in mixed land use projects including commercial, Retail and Service Apartments. I have intensive experience in hospitality and commercial projects, where i have handled the projects from feasibility sketches to hand over of the projects; expertise in project brief, design directions, project planning strategy, coordination with various consultants, site execution and played a pivotal role in optimization of design. I am an organized and process oriented person and have been instrumental in systematizing and standardizing design/ design processes across the organizations where i have worked. I am also proficient in leading communication with the management and translating their wish list into the project execution considering NBC, local norms and Brand standards if any. I am well versed with Auto Cad, acrobat adobe, outlook & MS office, etc.
