Clinical Pharmacist (M.Pharm-Pharmacy practice) with more than17 years of experience in Clinical research, Clinical Data Management and Medical Coding. The responsibilities of the current position include managing and supporting a team of Data Management professionals and provide comprehensive data management expertise and leadership to the team in the area of Project Management to deliver quality clinical data, to meet timelines and budget. Responsible for leading and managing a professional team of 12-15 experienced Data Team Lead/ Data Managers directly and up to 50 team members at second line level. Extensive experience working with Global Pharmaceutical clients and interacting with cross functional study team in managing end to end Clinical Trial Data Management tasks. Key member in developing and implementing process improvements and best practices, and part of various strategic initiative with focus on developing next generation Data Management solutions. Current CCDM- Certified Clinical Data Manager (CCDM) from Society for Clinical Data Management (SCDM). Subject Matter Expert in Medical coding using MedDRA and WHO DD including ATC level coding, with contributions in industry forums as expert panelist and best practice development. GCDMP Chapter writing committee member for Safety Data Management and Medical Coding chapters.
