About Manju Garg

I’m a Clinical Quality Improvement Consultant for Women's Health in the Calgary Zone with over 20 years of experience in pharmacy practice, health leadership, and system optimization. My focus is on improving patient care, driving quality initiatives, and enhancing health outcomes for women’s health services across the region. Previously, I served as a Pharmacy Educator at Cancer Care Alberta Pharmacy, where I mentored staff and helped foster a culture of clinical excellence. I also led as the Pharmacy Commissioning Team Lead at the Arthur J.E. Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre, driving key initiatives to improve patient care and optimize pharmaceutical services. I hold a Master of Public Health, a Master of Management in International Masters for Health Leadership, and I’m a Certified Health Executive (CHE). Currently, I’m pursuing my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. I’m passionate about improving health systems, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and empowering the next generation of health professionals.
