Handling products like – Remittances ( Inward remittances via SWIFT, Outward SWIFT transfers/Foreign Currency Drafts etc ), Collections ( imports, exports, Clean foreign Currency Cheques ),TC Sales/Purchase, Foreign Currency Sales/Purchases, Forex Plus cards, Forward Covers etc. Secured existing and acquired new business relationships through analysis of needs and provision of products and various offered services. Achieved allocated targets pertaining to Trade and Foreign Exchange. Achieving optimum client satisfaction by providing them instant. Solutions for their day to day queries pertaining to Trade Finance Products. Viz. Bank Guarantees Export Bills for collection, Import Remittances, Letter of Credit and other relevant aspects. Follow up for processing part of client transactions with concerned back end units and other officials in order to seek the required/suggestions. Proper documentation keeping in view the regulatory guidelines as Well as according to the internal process and procedures. Maintain Coordination with treasury, concerned back-end team, responsible for timely processing of the transaction and also with respective higher authorities ensuring good rate provides to customer. Inventory Management- Maintain the record of transaction and volume of data and all reports. Visual Merchandising- Responsible for the display of the product and offer running in the trade financed Responsible for achievement of the sales targets for Retail Trade and Foreign Exchange Responsible for achievement of income and volume target for their respective area of operations for Retail Trade and Forex Products. Increase Penetration of Trade and Forex business into Current account & savings account with proper co-ordination with respective teams Cross selling of products Specialties: CASA- Plan and carry out sales activities to achieve numbers and value targets of savings/current/corporate salary accounts for the allocated branches through self sourcing. Acquisition of HNI Clients for Liabilities (Current accounts & Savings accounts).* Achieve Branch-wise Number & Value Plans for the designated Product Line.* Cross-sell and customer activation through a formal program.
