I am an Account Manager Modernization Sales at Schindler India, where I design and deliver customized solutions for elevator and escalator modernization projects. I work with a diverse portfolio of clients across different sectors and regions, understanding their needs, expectations, and pain points, and providing them with optimal service offerings and contracts. I also collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth and timely execution of projects and customer satisfaction. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, where I was a senior team member of the Social, Entrepreneurship and Consulting Cell. In this role, I organized various events and initiatives, such as the inaugural Public Policy Conclave, the Consulting Fair, and the E-Summit, to promote social impact, entrepreneurship, and consulting among students and professionals. My core competencies include customer relationship management, problem solving, and communication. I am passionate about creating value for customers and enhancing their loyalty and retention.
