I am a seasoned Software QA leader with strong exposure of working in multiple domains like Fintech, Compliance (KYC & AML), Data, Payments, Mobile, Aerospace and Retail. With a proven track record of 16 years professionally, I have acquired extensive experience in the areas of Software Quality Testing, designing and implementing automation frameworks, and people management & development. Presently, I am working with Fair Isaac India Software Pvt. Ltd (FICO), Bangalore as Sr. Software QA Lead. Having earned the reputation of suave technocrat, across my entire leadership career I have contributed towards delivery of superior quality benchmarks in projects and exceeded expectations consistently by managing the end-to-end testing lifecycle efficiently, driving automation efforts, and steering continuous process improvements. I hold the credit for successfully automating test cases across various projects, improving testing efficiency and ensuring high product reliability through both functional and non-functional testing (Performance, Regression, Sanity). I have comprehensive understanding of testing phases, including Integration, System, User Acceptance, and end-to-end testing. I am proficient in test management tools like Quality Center; skilled in crafting test strategies, plans, and estimations, have knowledge of various testing types, including Migration, API, Performance, Sanity, Regression, Automation, Verification, Validation, and System QA. Apart from the knowledge of automation tools such as Cucumber BDD, Selenium WebDriver IO (JavaScript/Node.js), and Cypress (TypeScript), I have experience in developing automation frameworks and conducting REST API testing using Cypress/Playwright, Postman, and Rest Assured (Java). I have good knowledge about Data Driven, Keyword Driven, and Hybrid Frameworks with QTP/UFT; experienced in performance testing with JMeter, Script Review and Optimization. Having extensively worked as a QA specialist, I have experience working in SCRUM and KANBAN frameworks to enhance project efficiency as well as monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery.
