Have 16.5+ years of relevant experience in the telecom domain working in the areas of Java/J2EE, UNIX, Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL and OSS/BSS. Strong Domain Experience in Telecom BSS (Mediation, Interconnect, Billing, Roaming, RA, MIS, FMS, Provisioning, Customer Care). Excellent Experience in Project/Program Management. Have significant exposure and hand on experience in different business like with Telco like Prepaid, postpaid, enterprise. Have exposure and experience working across different customer sectors like government, Indian, UK and US. Have also involved in many transformation projects across different operators across continents leading to massive simplification of the processes, organization and architecture. My technical experiences have been in the billing systems that are based on PORTAL INFRANET Billing System (Oracle BRM). Have been completely responsible for defining, analyzing and gathering business requirements, pre-sales activities, architecting, designing, product development, performing POC, Hardware Deployment Planning, Solution, developing, implementing, integration, UAT Execution, supporting & maintaining applications for telecom operators in IT BSS / OSS.
