MAMMALIAN: o Seed development of CHO cells and Hybridoma cell lines in shake flasks, wave bioreactor and glass bioreactors. o Optimization and process development in 2L, 5L, 20L bioreactors. o Optimization and Scale-up in 50L and 200L disposable bioreactor. o Scale-up and Technology Transfer of 2L and 20L batches to 250L, 1KL to 5KL bioreactors from R&D to Production. o Process development in perfusion batches (5L and 20L). o Revival and Freezing/Banking of CHO cell clones. Cell bank preparation (MCB/WCB) and cryopreservation. o Bioreactor tubes and shake flask studies to improve the cell density, protein yield and quality, Glycosylation and basal/feed media optimization/feeding strategy. o Phenotypic stability studies of CHO clones. MICROBIAL: o Seed development of Pichia Pastoris/E.coli and protein expression/production of recombinant proteins in 20L. o Cell bank preparation (MCB/WCB) and cryopreservation. Analytical Equipment: o Gas Chromatography (Flame Ionization Detector and Thermal Conductivity Detector), Cedex Bio HT Analyzer, Sartocheck 4 plus filter tester, Osmometer and TOC analyser. Electrophoresis (PAGE, SDS-PAGE, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis). cGLP Knowledge and Documentation: o Knowledge of Clean room areas practices, Documentation preparation like Standard operating procedures, Standard test procedures, Batch Monitoring Record (BMR), Process Development Reports (PDR), Technology Transfer Document Chapters (TTD).
