A professional with 20 years experience spanning various industries such as construction, one of the Big 4 financial institutions, Telecom, Insurance, ITES and currently working in Retail. Amassed a wealth of experience through Industry diversity enabling in adapting and adopting the progressive and controlled environment and helping in successfully building capabilities and setting up Centre of Excellence in the organization. Starting as a team member and moving on to a leadership role, the journey involved harnessing the team members’ capabilities to become potential leaders in various functions like Admin & Facilities, CRE (Infra & RE management), Procurement & Contract Management, and Operational Excellence & Compliance. Recognized by the industry peers in 2014, 2015 and 2016 for contribution in areas of RE and Procurement. Recent certification as Master in Corporate Contracts has enriched and expanded the gamut of exposure and experience of operations under the Legal and Contract Management. Have been instrumental in setting up a one of its kind Asset Protection Command Centre and Agile Seating service for one of the corporate banners being supported from India currently, along with digitalization of facility services to enhance the associate value proposition Two decades of experience encompasses setting up of new offices (cumulative of sft), functions and running the operational budget of 30Mn USD by creating a platform for Creativity, innovation and building value propositions to mitigating risks such as operational, financial and reputational risks. In addition to functional accountability, setting up Business continuity team and an alert emergency response team has been core to the current role. Have successfully implemented strategies for site leadership in organization projects and also liaise with global teams on policies and process for alignment. Have played a key role in supporting HR & Finance teams in sourcing, planning and operational activities in Insurance for employee benefits such as GMC, GPA & GTL and liability Insurance such as D&O, Assets, crime & fidelity insurance.
