Taking care of Supplier Quality Assurance in various commodities more than 100 supplier's around India and Globally. Responsible for Supplier development, new product development, Risk assessment, Performance evaluation, Process improvements, Audit plan & execution. Good exposure with supplier commodities like Stamping, Turret punch press, CNC press break (Bending), Al Casting (PDC), Machining, Plastic moulding, Pultrusion, Surface treatment, Packaging and Assembly process. Focused on: Customer needs & Expectations, Identification of process risks (PFMEA), Cost of poor quality, Identification of root cause & Implementation of appropriate corrective & preventive action, Reduction in the supplier DPPM, Training & continuous improvements at supplier end. Engage with supplier’s, ensuring the manufacturing processes & resultant products manufactured are defect free & meet all established quality requirements. Focused on suppliers Kaizen programs at their processes to reduce the cost of poor quality. Optimize process capability on significant characteristics through effective application of statistical analysis techniques. Collaboration with R&D, process engineering & in-process quality for the disposition on the deviation request over the supplier discrepancy.
