Hello! I’m Manjusha Joy, a dedicated Clinical Operations Leader at Parexel with a deep passion for advancing healthcare through clinical research. Over the years, I’ve developed expertise in managing both global and regional clinical trials across various therapeutic areas, including Oncology, Cardiovascular, Dermatology and Ophthalmology. My experience spans all phases of clinical trials (I-IV), from start-up through close-out. I specialize in Clinical trial oversight and management, study start-up and site management, budget and timeline management, vendor collaboration, risk management, recruitment strategies, team leadership, developing clinical study plans, driving project success etc My certifications in Design and Interpretation of Clinical Trials and Clinical Trial Management & Advanced Operations from Johns Hopkins University, along with a CTM training certificate in Managing Clinical Trials from ClinEssentials, have further enriched my skillset. I hold a degree in Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D), which equips me with a comprehensive understanding of clinical pharmacy, enhancing my impact on clinical research.
