As a Missile Guidance Officer, I successfully led teams in high-risk combat scenarios while remaining goal-oriented and focused on targets. With a strong reputation for maintaining 100% serviceability of Airfield Infrastructure, I prioritize the safety of flying operations. I have successfully led and managed teams of over 300 members, handling various aspects of human resources such as training, staffing, discipline, payrolls, assessing, promotions, and welfare. My experience includes cross-functional leadership in various portfolios, and I am skilled in making sound decisions to efficiently execute organizational strategies. I bring a positive and lively demeanor to all situations, and am known for being a fun-loving and vibrant individual.
