I’m a Team Leader in Share Plan Services at JSE Investor Services dealing with Employee Benefits, working with some of South Africa’s biggest institutional investors. JSE Investor Services is a leading share registry, custody, and investor service provider, maintaining the registers of listed and unlisted companies including JSE Top 40 companies with over 1.2m shareholders. I manage a team of 8 Administrators. This is a high-profile role which requires excellent communication, organizational and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to very demanding clients. I’m detail orientated, analytical with high level numerical skills and an ability to anticipate potential problems. I’ve established a track record of success in managing and motivating a team that works under pressure to achieve results. Previously I was at Investec Wealth and Investment, working in a similar role and when that division was sold to the JSE, I moved over with the team in 2021. Right now, I am studying CFA Level 1 and I’m taking the exam later this year. I have a degree in mathematical statistics and economics – I love numbers! My ambition is to find a role that allows me to use my studies more effectively.
