About Manmay Murdeshwar

I’m a Program Delivery Manager with 10+ years of experience driving analytics-led transformation across Supply Chain and Procurement domains. I specialize in scaling data-driven initiatives, optimizing processes, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. At the intersection of technology and operations, I’ve led programs that saved millions in procurement costs, improved operational efficiency by 30%, and built BA Center of Excellence (BA CoE) from the ground up. My approach blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—leveraging tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, RPA, and the Microsoft Power Platform. I thrive in fast-paced environments, collaborating with tech, operations, and leadership teams to turn complex problems into scalable solutions. Whether it’s building automation to save $ annually, or leading 100+ professionals toward a unified analytics vision, I bring clarity, structure, and momentum to every initiative. Let’s connect if you're exploring data-led innovation in program delivery, analytics transformation, or operational strategy.
