I’ve worked across multiple categories and high-growth brands, driving revenue, executing marketing strategies, and building partnerships with key stakeholders — all with a keen eye for detail and business impact. My Journey: I began my career exploring core areas of online business, including category management, merchandising, client onboarding, and vendor negotiations. At TRESMODE and Future Group, I was instrumental in building the marketplace business from scratch — overseeing everything from brand management and marketplace setup to tech integrations and omni-channel strategy. I then joined Welspun Global to expand into the bed and bath category, adding depth to my experience beyond fashion and lifestyle. Following a fulfilling maternity break, I’ve recently resumed work and taken on a new role as a Senior Consultant – Recruitment at Strivex, where I bring my deep industry understanding and people-first mindset to the world of talent acquisition. This transition reflects my interest in aligning great talent with high-growth businesses, especially in industries I know from the inside out.
