I'm a skilled professional with over four years of experience in the EdTech and learning and development industries. Currently, I serve as a Learning Coordinator at EY, where I apply my expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and data analysis to create impactful learning solutions. My goal is to empower professionals to develop new skills and reach their full potential. My work has been supported by a Master's degree in Oncology and multiple certifications in data analysis and project management, which enable me to offer evidence-based guidance. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with a range of learning platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Kaltura, and UDL, ensuring learning solutions are accessible and scalable. I’ve also led DEI training initiatives, restructured multi-departmental workflows to improve efficiency, and contributed to significant operational improvements. I am continually expanding my knowledge in instructional design and LMS analytics through self-directed projects and resources.
