Multiple Warehouse Management, transferring and verifying quantities as directed by Customer · Manage team to ensure quality and on time shipping of all orders: picking, packing, shipping · Manage Order Processing sequencing based on Customer business requirements. · Manifest all International Shipments, verifying all orders for Customs Documentation · Communicate with Internal Department Supervisors / Leads on all Customer Requests · Coordinate all Retail Appointments to the client and their respective clients · Investigate all claim inquiries submitted by the clients · Handle all priority requests, coordinating with internal Departments as well as providing tracking numbers and time shipped. · Assist with Inventory Control, counting and verifying as need be · Assist Accounting dept with weekly Work Order calculations and Billing · Assist Account Manager on all Administrative tasks · Manage all inbound emails from Customer · Handle all telephone communication with Customer and their respective clients
