About Manny Saunders

I have spent 17 years fixing the gap between "we bought this automation platform" and "people are actually using it." That's the space I live in.Here is the thing nobody tells you about intelligent automation: the technology works fine. What doesn't work is when a $500K platform sits there because nobody mapped the actual workflow, or the CFO doesn't trust it, or it looked great in the demo but falls apart in production. I come in when that happens. My typical project looks like this: I'm sitting across from a frustrated operations director trying to figure out why their document processing is chaos. We map it out. I design something that fits how they actually work. Then I stick around to make sure it goes from pilot to production, not pilot to "we'll revisit this next quarter."I have built deep expertise in Hyland OnBase over the years (OCI, OCWE, OCWV certified), and I'm comfortable in the messy middle between business stakeholders who want results and technical teams building the thing. The tools change (C#/.NET, PowerShell, SQL, web-based integrations, whatever gets it done), but the pattern stays the same: understand the real problem, build something people will use, prove it works with numbers.Certifications: OnBase Certified Installer (OCI)| OnBase Certified Workflow Engineer (OCWE)| OnBase Certified WorkView Developer (OCWV)
