My career began in customer service, supporting Amazon Digital Devices and SiriusXM for 2.5+ years. These roles helped me build a strong foundation in technical troubleshooting, communication, and delivering great user experiences. I then transitioned into the Google Ads process, where I worked for a year helping merchants resolve ad performance and Merchant Center issues. I handled disapprovals, feed quality errors, and policy-related escalations — always focusing on accuracy and customer impact. Due to my performance and product knowledge, I was promoted to Product Subject Matter Expert (pSME) — a role I’ve held for over 19 months.
