As the Head of Product & Process for Government Business at Bandhan Bank, I orchestrate a diverse product portfolio designed specifically for Government and Institutional clients. Every solution I craft is a balance of cutting-edge technology, regulatory compliance, and intuitive design enabling seamless digital collections, payments, and treasury management that support critical public sector functions. From integrating with PFMS and GeM to creating bespoke platforms that simplify fund flows, my goal is to make banking effortless and trustworthy for these vital stakeholders. Before Bandhan, I led the Cash Management Solutions (CMS) division at IDBI Bank as Head SIT, where I defined and executed the strategic roadmap to future-proof CMS products. This role demanded a visionary outlook balancing evolving market needs with technical feasibility and I thrived on translating complex challenges into practical, scalable innovations. Earlier, as DGM and Product Head for Cash Management at IDBI, I built a strong foundation by launching pioneering products, enhancing customer retention, and growing revenues across SME, corporate, and PSU portfolios. My ability to forge lasting partnerships, coupled with a deep understanding of credit analysis and risk, enabled me to manage and expand client relationships with confidence and care. What drives me is more than numbers and policies it’s the thrill of transforming traditional banking paradigms through customer-centric, technology-enabled strategies.
