About Manoj Bhanu

More than two decades encompassing entrepreneurship, leadership, and management in the fields of technology, healthcare, and digital media covering consulting, process re-engineering, mobilizing, and transforming operations define my experience as a professional. Having essayed leadership roles in the corporate world for close to 17 years, I turned into an entrepreneur in 2015. Since then, I have founded and co-founded businesses in medical tourism and digital media. My first foray as an entrepreneur was into healthcare support service where I founded and established a holistic medical tourism services business which until before the pandemic catered to more than 10k patients in the Middle East and North Africa. It has partnerships with more than 70 corporate healthcare establishments including Columbia Asia, Fortis, and Cytecare. With the digital space in India being at the cusp of a revolution, I along with a few like-minded friends, co-founded two digital media products under 'The Comedy App' umbrella by mid-2019. An OTT platform dedicated to comedy – THE COMEDY APP, launched in April 2020 with close to minutes of regional original video content, followed by a user-generated social media platform named Fun2, promoting video creation, sharing, and community building through iOS and Android-based applications. From January 2021, the Fun2 App’s focus has swerved from a generic to a more specific one. It was repositioned and revamped as a new-age sports & entertainment based application. The app has been creating a buzz amongst the sports buffs ever since its re-launch. The revolutionary 'FUN2' app is bringing sports, music, and entertainment together to the same platform. Currently, it is the only platform that blends music with sports. Whether you are a cricket lover or a football champion or a fan of any other sport, Fun2 app is a perfect platform for the sports fanatic in you to generate content, build communities and even participate in quizzes and win the prize. Before stepping into the shoes of an entrepreneur, a major portion of my corporate life was spent with a sales consulting & project management startup where I grew up as a professional contributing to the growth of the organization with strategic management. As a passionate soul and a people’s leader, I find interest in anything challenging and unexampled. My belief lies in promoting a culture of empowerment and partnership, and this approach has been recognized throughout my professional life.
