About Manoj Bhaskar

Manoj, a personable professional, diligent and trustworthy, is keen to work in an international environment with individuals spanning across different domains. He possesses good employability skills to thrive in an environment that requires high performance standards. He commenced his career with a leading IT firm in the engineering services domain supporting an OEM in prototype builds. This firm served him a source for gaining in depth knowledge about the industry which thereby built an interest in him to pursue an MBA. He believed this way he could acquire greater perspectives from a business point of view rather than restricting himself only to the technical aspects. Holding all these expectations, he enrolled into one of the Tier-1 Business schools in Germany – the land where Automotive Industry is at its best. After achieving a degree in MBA, he worked with Automotive Tier 1 supplier (ElringKlinger) primarily in the field of costing and product development. He was part of a team to optimize and standardize the process of all subsidiary plants. Today, as a program manager at another Automotive Tier 1 supplier for one of the most prominent OEMs, his main responsibility is to coordinate the project cross-functionally and generate a high payback to the investors and shareholders. His unbridled inclination towards learning makes him believe that career development is an outset to gain knowledge. He is always open to different career options that are completely outside his knowledge or experience zones. He reckons that this would be an opportunity for him to develop a new skill which eventually could evolve into a new idea.
