Over 10 years as Chief Administrative Officer of IIM Ahmedabad (equivalent to Registrar): lead entire administrative spectrum of academic institution (infrastructure maintenance, creation and augmentation, finance and accounts, facilities and estate management, operations, human resource management, commercial, legal and health management, and providing support to academic programmes and students’ activities).• Secretary to IIMA Board of Governors and IIMA Society. Member Secretary of Academic Council, Building Committee and other important committees.• Liaison with government authorities, Institute advocates, architects and consultants. At Reliance Retail: Headed Pan India Operations of Security and Loss Prevention Operations Center. Provided 24X7 security, business continuity, and emergency handling and support to entire chain of retail stores and sites across the country. At Indian Navy: As head of Electrical and Weapons department onboard ships and submarines ensured high degree of operational efficiency and availability of assets and participated in major operations and exercises. Planned and executed mission critical operations playing vital & strategic roles.• Served at Strategic Command Headquarters, Naval Dockyards and managed submarine operations, repair, refit, modernization, upgradation, and construction.• Served as administrative head of a premier naval training establishment, with area of over 700 acres, and over trainees.
