About Manoj Deshpande
Building Myelin | Transforming Classroom Interaction with MyTri - Professional companion for school teachers. I am passionate about contributing to foundation education for first-generation learners in India through Myelin a platform designed to engaged classroom dynamics. MyTri addresses the root causes of anxiety and disengagement in learning environments. By empowering teachers to foster inclusive supportive classrooms we ignite a love for learning while helping students develop language skills that bridge communication and computation. Through school visits I’ve witnessed the transformative impact of our work and the dedication of teachers embracing this change. Myelin is also at the forefront of driving the adoption of India’s New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 through innovative teacher-centric tech solutions. What I Bring to the Table: EdTech Innovation: Leading MyTri to transform classrooms reduce fear and build curiosity comprehension reasoning and critical thinking through teachers role. AI/ML Expertise:Architecting platforms that simplify complex tech for business users and developing AI-driven solutions. - Product Leadership:Crafting strategies building purpose-driven teams and delivering impactful solutions.
