About Manoj Jadhav
Currently, I am a technical project leader of Argonne Micro-Assembly Facility, interested in CMOS MAPS detector for particle tracking. My interest is in the R&D of ultra-fast silicon detectors based on low-gain avalanche diode technology and thin film detectors.During my Ph.D. at IIT Bombay, India I designed and fabricated silicon pad detectors which were later tested with alpha radiation sources, Am241 and Pu239. I also worked heavy-flavor physics analysis with ALICE experiment data. Along with this, I have experience with silicon device simulations using TCAD technology with Synopsis and Silvaco software.
