About Manoj Karri

Started my career as a CAD designer, and now I'm working as a Senior Operations Manager at Productiv Inc. Analyzing and fixing the issue in the production(DMAIC), developing an optimal process, implementing the Lean and six sigma management, KAIZEN, training the leads, leading the project admins, decision making and standardization, quality management and optimal utilization of the resources, estimating the projects, and presenting the flow charts and graphs to the clients, inventory control, cost estimation, maintaining SAP database, delegating the weekly status to the Clients, requesting the resources, managing the logistics, checking pipeline flow of SAP, are the key responsibilities performed by me under this position. I started as an entry-level process engineer, was promoted to assistant operations officer, and then promoted to Project Manager in a span of 3 years. During this period, cross-trained in all the major locations of Productiv and worked as a process developer/assistant Manager with huge clients like Filtran LLC, Stephen Gould Corp, Worth Higgins and Associates, CEI, Deliverr (Fulfilment), Merit Medical Inc, Altria.
