Accomplished finance professional with an MBA and extensive experience in end-to-end accounting operations. Currently leading a high-performing team of financial controllers in the F&A, with full ownership of LATAM OpEx accounting. I bring valuable international experience, having led RTR and SBS transitions across Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, managing both local and statutory activities. I have successfully spearheaded multiple Transition and Transformation projects, including the critical migration of Accrual calculations from FP & A, significantly improving accuracy and efficiency. A key contributor to the SBFC Reporting migration project, I helped enable a smooth transition from Hyperion systems. As an active member of the RPA team, I drive automation initiatives for mid-month and month-end RTR processes such as GRIR, Banking, Inter-Company transactions, Journal entries, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations. Highly proficient in ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, and iScala, and skilled in leveraging Microsoft Office and Google applications to optimize operations. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, I adapt proactively to evolving industry standards, ensuring processes remain both efficient and compliant.
