I began my professional journey in the corporate culture, gaining valuable experience at ATS Services Pvt Ltd, IBM India, where I honed my skills in Sales and customer service. This early exposure provided me with a strong foundation in customer service and sales. Building upon my corporate experience, I ventured into the world of project management at IBM India and Concentrix Services Pvt Ltd. During my time there, I honed my skills in Team Leading, quality analysis, project management and people management. Seeking new challenges and a more dynamic environment, I transitioned into the startup culture. At Qfrog Labs and Qfrog Logistics Pvt Ltd, I had the privilege of joining a team of talented individuals, including IIT Kharagpur graduates. This experience introduced me to the world of innovation and entrepreneurship, where I honed my skills in startup project management and buisness operations management. Motivated by my desire to make a meaningful impact and draw upon my agricultural background, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey as the founder and director of Bee Natural Farm Pvt Ltd. This venture allowed me to combine my passion for technology, sustainable farming, and preserving the environment. At Bee Natural Farm, we aimed to bring together the concepts of sustainable farming, technological innovation, and the vital role of worker bees in various cultures and ecosystems. Throughout my career, I have gained diverse experiences across corporate, startup, and entrepreneurial landscapes. These experiences have equipped me with a broad skill set, including project management and People Management and buisness operations management, as well as a deep understanding of corporate culture, startup culture, Apiculture and Agriculture. I am committed to leveraging this expertise to drive innovation, create positive change, and contribute to the growth and success of organizations and initiatives I am involved in.
